What makes us different than a private doctor who has the license to prescribe Suboxone?
Suboxone is not like other medications. There is no way to estimate the correct dose for a patient simply based on physical attributes, age, or history of opiate usage. Many doctors have taken the extra step in getting the required license to prescribe but don’t have very good results because of the difficulty in determining the lowest, most effective dose. Not unlike diabetes and insulin, it takes very close contact with a professional to be safely and effectively treated.
At Recovered Life™, we offer the missing piece. An experienced addiction specialist nurse will see you at your initial office visit where you will receive your first dose. The same day, your dose will be determined by your symptoms throughout the day by calling your nurse for instructions.
You are never alone. Help is at the other end of the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After a short period of time, usually 2-5 days, you will have stabilized and have a schedule to follow for your medicine. During this period, you will be expected to check in once a day to let your nurse know how it’s going.
